Number One Birthday cakes

The pink and purple cake is made out of white chocolate cake and raspberry filling. It has buttercream frosting and trim. The flowers are apple blossoms made from royal icing.

The blue cake is the same layout as the pink/purple. It is made out of a funfetti-type cake with buttercream icing.

German Chocolate 2 layer

I made this yesterday for my other father's birthday. I was told it was delicious, but I could not try it because I cannot have chocolate. It was an 8 inch round German chocolate with the coconut pecan frosting. The piping is a homemade chocolate butter cream with real chocolate beat in. The guns on the top are not edible, but added a little flare. I used five candles, any more than 21 is a lot of candles...so we went with just 5. It is a great cake for a man's birthday. It has just enough decor to make it look nice, but not frilly at all. This cake will feed up to 20 people. The nine inch will serve up to 24.

Hamburgers

These are Hamburger cupcakes. I made them for a 16 year old birthday party. They are white chocolate cake with a raspberry filling. The frosting is raspberry buttercream. One box will hold 24 cupcakes. You can order in the quantity you want.

These were a big hit and everyone loved the way they looked and tasted. The top is not all frosting, there are two cupcakes per hamburger so it is not too sweet. If you want to add ketchup or onions, it can be done. To add will be an extra 5.00 per box.
