I made this cake for my niece's birthday, and I had no idea how it was going to turn out. I had made a fondant crown, but it did not work out, so I had to buy a last minute crown from WalMart. The music notes are purple and black marbled and the band is fondant. The ruffle on the bottom is royal icing. The cake is a vanilla funfetti with buttercream under the strawberry fondant. (The crown is an extra $6.50, but I gave it to her for part of her gift.) It is a double layer 12 inch round, with an eight inch round double layer on top. Her party was a music party and the notes are completely optional. You can have any available shape you want.

Pink Princess cake
