Black, white and red sheet cakes

These were done for the luncheon for the black, white and red wedding. They can be done in any size and flavor. These were the same as the wedding cake. The bride did not care how they were decorated, so I just started playing. She was thrilled. The fish net looking one is kind of crazy, but once it was cut apart, it was neat. The cake is double layered half sheet cake and serves 35 people generous slices of cake. $35.00

Black, white and red wedding cake

I did this three tier wedding cake with white chocolate raspberry cake and a white chocolate buttercream icing. It is hexagon shaped and all the piping is done in buttercream. The toppers were done by the bride's mother. 12 inch, 10 inch and 8 inch cakes $175.00

Sport mini cupcakes

These are mini cupcakes with a sports theme. They are buttercream icing. Tennis ball, basket ball, soccer ball, baseball, and the plain black are hockey pucks. This was for my five-year old's birthday. It took a bit longer than I thought and I got started late, but he loved them!

Fondant number one

This was a funfetti flavored cake wtih a strawberry fondant over butter cream. This is one of my favorites. The crease in the upper part of the one happened after it was delivered...it was for my niece. The bows and flowers are fondant, also. $30.00

chocolate cupcakes

This is a bad picture, but these are little graduation cupcakes I did for a preschool. Each cupcake had a hand painted chocolate on it. The cupcakes were golden butter cake and buttercream frosting. It was a fun project, I wish the picture was a bit better.

Preschool graduation/birthday cake

This cake was strawberry flavored with buttercream icing. It was very moist. The cake was for a preschool graduation and birthday party.

Country style wedding cake

This cake was round, 14 inch, 10 inch, and 6 inch. The bottom layers are Styrofoam with royal icing. The top is chocolate cake with raspberry filling and buttercream icing. The flowers added a nice touch to this non-traditional cake. The client was very happy with the way this cake turned out. I made two tops, one for each reception. The bride provided the flowers and I added them. $130.00

Rainbow puppy cake

This is a sheet cake, single layer. This is made of white cake and cherry buttercream frosting. This has a thin layer of rice paper under the design, it is edible and tasteless. $20.00

This is a chocolate sheet cake with creme bouquet frosting. This is a star-piped picture. This can also be done with color-flow (royal icing).

Yellow and purple rose drape cake

This cake was rice krispie treat except for the top cake, it was carrot cake. It was buttercream frosting. The roses are purple and yellow and made of royal icing. This was my first ordered wedding cake and the first rice krispies cake I have done.
